Term of service
- 1. Definition:
HostingPics, http://www.hostingpics.net designate the physical owner as well as the people who can manage this site. The user identifies the person who upload images to host it on our servers. - 2. Limitation of Liability:
HostingPics can in no way be held responsible for the content of the images hosted on their (s) server (s).
HostingPics can not be the target of complaints about the content of hosted images. However, HostingPics reserves the right to remove without warning the images that do not meet the terms of use of HostingPics such as pornographic, pedophile, xenophobic, racist, anti-Semitic, but also any other image contrary to French law inciting hatred and violence. - 3. Privacy:
HostingPics uses different way to save certain personnal data about the service usage:
- E-mail
- The IP address
- IP and/or E-mail cookies
When you host an image (by clicking the "Host") your IP address is automatically saved in our database with the corresponding image, and eventually, the e-mail. This feature is designed to trace the illegal images.
The HostingPics team reserves the right to view the photos hosted on our servers but also undertake not to disclose their links to anyone, except when these images does not respect the terms of use presented on this page. - 4. Use:
The site HostingPics! Allows anyone to host an image on our servers for free, to facilitate its broadcast on the forums, instant messaging, chat, or other public or private communication.
When the user is hosting an image, his IP address is automatically stored in our servers associated with the address of the image (see Article 3) and the e-mail if it is specified by the user.
The user also undertakes to respect the terms of use.
Personal information (IP address, e-mail) may be given to authorities.
The images hosted are the exclusive property of the user (©). This User is also responsible for the image(s) he hosts.
We inform you that HostingPics is a service for persons who haven't a private space online. Therefore, use of Hostingpics to host graphics component design of a site web forum or blog is prohibited. - 5. Law Review:
HostingPics reserves the right to update without special announcement, the terms of uses listed on this page. The user agrees to check these terms.
